# Line

Line charts are mainly used to visualize progress or explain trends over a period of time. For example, you can look at your monthly income.

Line charts can display multiple datasets simultaneously. For each dataset, you will need to specify the following. Dataset Breakdown and Filters are optional, but if you use Dataset Breakdown, you will not be able to have more than one dataset on your line chart.<br>
