# Zapier

Use Zapier when part of your process should run in a Zap. Jet Admin lists Zapier among its [integrations](https://www.jetadmin.io/integrations).

## Connect using the existing invitation

The existing Jet Admin connector guide uses this [Zapier invitation](https://zapier.com/developer/public-invite/123625/e98a5ddc0ab6b67887ff0118da783395/).

1. Open the invitation while signed in to Zapier.
2. If the connector is available to your account, accept the invitation and select Jet Admin in your Zap.
3. Follow the connection prompts.
4. Select an operation and map its required fields.
5. Test with a fictional Jet Tables record and inspect the result before enabling the Zap.

The earlier connector walkthrough covers Create, Update, Find, and Delete operations for Jet Tables. Use the operations actually exposed in your Zapier account; invitation access and the current operation list must be confirmed there.

## Existing video walkthrough

This video shows the earlier setup flow. Screen labels and invitation steps may differ from the current Zapier interface.

If the invitation does not expose the connector, contact Jet Admin support for current access instructions. Do not assume it is available as a public Zapier app.

To start a Jet Admin automation from an external HTTP event instead, see [Receive an incoming webhook](/workflow/start-a-workflow/receive-an-incoming-webhook.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.jetadmin.io/user-guide/data-sources/business-apps/zapier.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
